buyve was founded in October 2025 to solve a critical problem in procurement: the endless hours spent on repetitive communication and manual data entry. As a tech startup based in Mexico City, we're building AI-powered tools that automate the procurement workflow from requirements to purchase ordering.
Our platform leverages advanced AI agents to handle vendor communications via WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails, eliminating the need for manual follow-ups while providing intelligent quote analysis and comparison. It also helps with tedious tasks like filling vendor information by obtaining it from the internet and populating the vendor catalog, splitting materials lists into purchasing categories, and assigning them to the right vendors.
Currently in production, buyve processes procurement requests across automotive, maintenance, construction, and fleet management industries.

Founder & CEO
Xavier is a software engineer with 15+ years of experience building full-stack platforms for high-growth tech companies. Currently a Senior Software Engineer at Gusto (Y-Combinator unicorn valued at $10B), Xavier has worked across Silicon Valley unicorns and well-funded Latin American startups including Sofía ($40M+ funding) and Koltin.
His unique insight into procurement automation comes from his experience as Purchasing Manager at Grupo México (Southern Copper Corp.), where he managed over 1 million SKUs totaling $500M+ annually. During this time, Xavier experienced firsthand the pain of repetitive phone calls, emails, chats, and manual data entry required to purchase goods at scale.
Xavier holds an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management (Sydney, Australia) and a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from ITESM. He has founded multiple tech companies and built platforms processing millions of dollars in transactions.
